His early career was forged in the United Kingdom, where he developed core competencies in brand development, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex international trade exhibition portfolios across emerging markets like India and Malaysia.
A major turning point in Brown’s professional journey occurred in 2015 when he relocated from the UK to Hong Kong. He was tasked with establishing a North Asia regional office for a London-based trade exposition organizer and successfully spearheaded a series of digital transformation events. This critical move not only deeply integrated him into the regional business community but also exposed him to the unique environmental and corporate governance challenges facing Asia's leading financial hub.

Beyond operating the annual eco-system event, Brown has expanded his advocacy into direct social governance as the Executive Director of The ReThink Foundation.
