She first gained widespread attention with her groundbreaking debut book, Bienvenue en France ! (2005). The investigative work was born out of six months she spent working clandestinely for the Red Cross inside the secure transit zones of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (Roissy), where undocumented immigrants are detained. Her book exposed severe institutional abuses of power, systemic mistreatment, and procedural errors within areas heavily shielded from mainstream media access, sparking critical national discussions on human rights.
Expanding her focus to corporate accountability, de Loisy subsequently directed her focus toward the intricacies of consumer safety and the mass-market agri-food sector. She spent three years conducting a comprehensive, undercover evaluation of the global meat supply chain.
