Dr. H.C. Cristina Amor Maclang is a prominent digital economy leader, ecosystem builder, and innovation strategist from the Philippines who has shaped the trajectory of technology adoption across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region. Highly regarded as a "movement maker," she has dedicated her career to championing emerging technologies such as financial technology (fintech), blockchain, Web3, e-commerce, and green finance. By bridging gaps between governments, private enterprises, and academic institutions, she works to build resilient, cross-border digital ecosystems designed to promote inclusive economic growth.

On a global scale, Dr. Maclang serves as the Co-Founder and Secretary General of the International Digital Economies Association (iDEA), an influential umbrella organization uniting over 218 members across more than 110 countries. She simultaneously drives regional financial integration as the Asia Chairman of the Global Fintech Alliance (GFA) and as a board member of the Asia Academy of Digital Economics.
