The concept of the technological singularity—a point where artificial intelligence surpasses human intelligence and begins improving itself at an exponential, uncontrollable pace—has long been the domain of futurists and science fiction. The Self-Improving Loop

The defining feature of the singularity is recursive self-improvement (RSI): the point at which an AI can repeatedly build increasingly powerful successors with minimal human guidance .
