Human Conduct Tribunal: Investigates violations by human members (fraud, discrimination, sustainability breaches), with sanctions ranging from mandatory ethics training to permanent expulsion
AGI Integrity Panel: Adjudicates breaches involving AGI entities (exploitative algorithmic labor, security violations, discretion failures), with sanctions including system audits and network access revocation
Cross-Intelligence Court: Resolves conflicts between humans and AGI through mediation, binding arbitration, and coexistence mandates
