Membership Procedure
A duly completed Membership Request Form must be submitted by a title holding Primary Representative authorized by the company to the Chamber Secretariat for membership consideration.
By submission of a Membership Request Form the applicant understands:
That a Chamber of Commerce, sometimes called a “Board of Trade” or “Business Council”, is an organization of businesses that work together to further mutual interests.
That commercial Chambers exist on international, national, regional, and city levels as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s)/ Not-For-Profit Organization (NFPO’s) voluntary-led and paid in large by members voluntarily contributions.
That The Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry (also known as, ARABCCI and/or ArabCham) is a Hong Kong Civil Society network that exists for this very purposes, to support and connect companies, bringing together members to build new relationships, share best practices and foster new opportunities.
Who Can Join?
Any limited company, partnership, association or proprietorship in good standing may apply to become a member. Any Company Membership (CM) allows (1) one person to be nominated as representative. Depending on your membership, you will be granted one or more nominees.
A new member should be introduced, proposed, and recommended by an existing member.
Membership Approval
Your membership application will be considered by the Membership Committee for consideration, and upon approval, a membership number will be granted.
Membership Payment & Refund Policy
All payments should be settled in cash, cheque, transfer, credit/ debit card, or e-payment with auto-renewals. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
